We do hope that you are happy with your Lovely Stuff but if for some reason you are not, please get in touch immediately. We can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 2 weeks, providing the item is unused/unworn, in original condition with labels still attached. Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from our website.
Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item.
When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return to ensure the items are returned to us.
If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item and email us, and send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.
