SHIPPING/POSTAGE: For UK orders we use Royal Mail recorded delivery. Worldwide international orders are sent with Parcel Force or alternative courier. We'll can send you a unique tracking number by email if request. A signature will be required upon delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

PACKAGING: We recycle outer packaging wherever possible, while the items inside will be carefully and beautifully wrapped.

CONTRACT: Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: - We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered - We do not deliver to your area - One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
YOUR ACCOUNT: Registering your details will allow you to buy lovely stuff and join the mailing list, so you're kept in the loop.

SHOPPING: Items can be added to the shopping basket while you're browsing by clicking the 'Add to basket' button. You can remove items from the cart at any time. To complete the order, click on 'Checkout'. Follow the steps through the 'Create Account' page.

PAYMENT & SECURITY: We accept VISA, Master Card, Maestro and Solo/Switch credit and debit cards. We do not currently accept American Express. Payment can also be made using PayPal Express Checkout. All credit and debit card payments are handled by PayPal Business, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts card details in a secure environment. If any problems arise when placing an order, please contact us by e-mail or phone. Or, if you prefer, you can email us and arrange to send a cheque - in GBP only please - made payable to All Lovely Stuff Ltd.

ORDERING TIMES: Orders will normally be sent out within one 3-4 days, more often within 1 - 2 days. Please send us an email if you'd like your items for a specific date and we'll try our best to help. You will receive your order within 2-3 days of dispatch.

PRIVACY: We do not store, record or hold any of your credit or debit card details on our site. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
RETURNS: If you're not happy with your product, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. Email us with the reason for your return and request your Returns Form. We'll then send a Returns Form to you by post, which you'll need to complete within 14 days and return to us along with the item/s you're returning. We suggest that you return your item by recorded delivery as we cannot be liable for missing items. On the form you can detail whether you'd like a return or exchange, or tell us of any problems. Any items returned without a Returns Form will not be accepted.

The product you return must be in new, unused, condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card excluding delivery costs.

Pack the product(s) in suitable packaging along with the returns form. Do not send items back by addressing directly onto the All Lovely Stuff product box. This will be considered damaged and the exchange or refund will therefore not be accepted. Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. Please make sure it is as well packaged as possible, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items. If your order is damaged, please email us immediately. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after the returned package has been received by us and deemed to be in acceptable condition. The refund may take up to 5 working days to clear.
